
Does anyone out there read My Greatest, My Favorite and the layout site? It is maybe not – at all – for the easily offended (the language is crazy), but I presume the blogger, Jenny, is hilarious and I also believe she is got a terrific eye.
Yesterday, as I had been reading her site, I discovered an instant sentence that stated, “Displays are really so popular right now.” And I believed, she is correct, displays are so hot right now.
That set me off on a vacation through Houzz-land, hunting for pictures of displays and display-like things. What I discovered was trendy and sensible – and definitely inspiring:

I really like the Asian impact of the slithering displays – they are a fine fit for the more typically American dining table and seats.
This use of a display is a bright one – without obstructing the see, it offers a backing for it.
I love this little turn on the display – creating a cushioned headboard. It’s seems excellent and wise.
